ALA operates its Quality Management System in accordance to EN9120/AS9100 standard.
ALA is committed to the highest quality standards. Continuous third party audits performed by Customers, Suppliers and certification bodies ensure that ALA will deliver the right product at the right time.
Standard quality tests and Inspections are performed on-site. ALA can perform, based on Customer requirements, most destructive tests to verify product conformance to technical specifications through a Nadcap (National Aerospace & Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) approved external Laboratory.
ALA UK has been awarded SC21 Bronze Award. SC21 is a program designed to accelerate the competitiveness of the aerospace and defense industry in United Kingdom by raising the performance of its supply chain.
ALA SpA, ALA Germany and ALA North America are Tcertified. The Tcertification review process is based on internationally accepted standards and requires candidates to complete global anti-bribery training, adopt a code of conduct and update due diligence information annually.
ALA concluded the Lockheed Martin Ethic Supplier Mentoring Program in December 2020. Lockheed Martin promote this process with their suppliers to ensure proper compliance with ethical guidelines: during this process, a LMCO Mentor is assigned to the organization and all ethics documents are revised, as the code of conduct, values and so more. Modifications are suggested and implemented accordingly to align with established LMCO Ethics principles.
