From 2010 until 2014 Nevia covered the role of Human Resources Manager at Gruppo De Nigris – Acetifici Italiani Modena. Previously she worked as Recruiting, Training and Human Resources Development Manager at EMA – Europea Microfusioni Aerospaziali S.p.A, part of Rolls-Royce Group. Nevia holds a Master’s degree in Law from Federico II University of Naples.
