Giacinto Carullo is the Chief Executive Officer of ALA, bringing extensive experience across the aerospace, defence, and automotive industries. He specializes in procurement, supply chain management, and industrial transformation.

Before joining ALA, he held senior executive roles at Leonardo, where he led the global Procurement & Supply Chain function, driving the evolution of supplier collaboration models, the digitalization of processes, and strategic initiatives in sustainability and operational resilience.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions in Italy, Germany, and the United States at Denso (Toyota Group), Fiat/FCA/Stellantis, and Magneti Marelli, overseeing complex industrial operations, performance‑recovery programs, and major organizational integration projects.

From 2018 to 2022, he served as a Board Member of ATR Aircraft in Toulouse, a joint venture between Leonardo and Airbus, contributing to corporate governance activities and strategic oversight.

Throughout his career, he has received international recognition for his impact on industrial transformation and supply‑chain capability development.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master in Procurement & Supply Chain Management from POLIMI Graduate School of Management in Milan.
