ALA announces the opening of the first foreign branch of its spanish subsidiary, sintersa s.a. cross-selling activities will enable the ala group to enter new strategic product and market segments, thereby expanding its domestic market share

ALA S.p.A. (EGM: ALA), leader in Italy and a main global player in the offer of integrated logistics services and the distribution of products and components for the aerospace industry in both the civil and defence sectors (“Aerospace & Defence”), listed on the Euronext Growth Milan Market managed by Borsa Italiana, announces the opening of the first foreign branch of its Spanish subsidiary Sintersa S.A. (“Sintersa”), located in Northern Italy.
Sintersa’s presence in Italy, with its significant expertise in areas complementary to those of ALA, particularly in the design, production, and assembly of electrical interconnection systems for Aerospace & Defence applications, will enable the ALA Group to enter new strategic product and market segments through significant cross-selling activities, and to expand Sintersa business and production outside the Iberian Peninsula, simultaneously increasing the Group’s market share in the domestic market.
The opening of the first foreign branch of Sintersa is certainly a strong signal of ALA commitment to meeting the specific needs of Italian Customers with new advanced solutions, ensuring optimized customer service, and facilitating access to a wide range of products and services.
