ALA GROUP: GIACINTO CARULLO IS THE NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Naples, April 7th, 2026 – The ALA Group, leader in Italy and among the main players at global level in the offering of integrated logistics services and in the distributions of products and components for the aeronautical and aerospace industries – both in civil and defense sectors (“Aerospace & Defense”) – announces the appointment of Giacinto Carullo as the Group’s new Chief Executive Officer.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master in Procurement & Supply Chain Management from the POLIMI Graduate School of Management in Milan, Carullo brings to ALA more than twenty years of experience gained at leading companies in the Automotive and Aerospace & Defense sectors, both in Italy and abroad.
He held leadership positions in Italy, Germany, and the United States, at Denso (Toyota Group), Magneti Marelli, and Fiat/FCA/Stellantis, before joining Leonardo in 2013, where since 2020 he led the global Procurement & Supply Chain function, driving the digital transformation, the evolution of supplier collaboration models, and the development of sustainability and operational resilience initiatives.
From 2018 to 2022, he served as a Board Member of ATR Aircraft, a joint venture between Airbus and Leonardo, contributing to governance and strategic oversight activities.
